Sometimes I wonder when this dream truly began. Maybe it was the day I took the controls of a Cessna 150 for the very first time. I was nervous, my hands were clammy, and my heart was racing. Today, I sit in the cockpit of an Airbus A320 and still feel that same thrill when the engines spool up. That feeling never fades—and that’s exactly what makes this job so special.
Being a Team Lead is an exciting job full of special moments. No day is ever the same, and that’s exactly what I love about it. Sometimes I work from a hotel, sometimes from the crew room at the airport, always surrounded by people who share a passion for flying. The Wings Pattern concept brings freedom, variety, and the perfect balance between work and home – and that’s what makes my job so special.
